Muitra — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 June 2026

Muitra (“the app”, “we”) is a household task-sharing app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. By using Muitra you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Muitra is operated by Muitra (independent developer). Contact: muitrapp@gmail.com.

Data we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising ID, or browsing activity. We do not show ads. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

How we use your data

Your data is used only to operate the app: authenticating you, syncing your household’s tasks across devices in real time, rotating tasks between members, and sending the notifications described above. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored securely with our backend provider, Supabase (servers in the European Union, Paris region). Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Expo. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted so that only members of your own household can read your household’s data.

Data sharing

Your household content is visible only to the members you invite into your household. We do not share your personal data with anyone except the infrastructure providers above, strictly to operate the service.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing muitrapp@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days.

Children

Muitra is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. EU/EEA under GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
